Shipping and Returns Policy
This policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to shipments and returns of products purchased through the Luvo Clock online store . By making a purchase, the customer accepts and acknowledges the guidelines described below.

Luvo Clock ships to all of Mexico and to certain countries abroad.
1.2 Delivery times
- Domestic shipments: the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the confirmation of payment.
- International shipments: the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days , depending on the destination.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond Luvo Clock's control, such as parcel delays, customs, or force majeure situations.
1.3 Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to the customer at checkout. Luvo Clock may occasionally offer promotions with free shipping , which will be duly announced in the store.
1.4 Order tracking
Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking number or link to track the status of their order.
2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Deadline for requesting a refund
The customer may request an exchange or refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2.2 Return conditions
For the return to be processed, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It is in its original condition, with no signs of use.
- It must have original packaging, labels, and all accessories.

2.3 Defective or damaged products
In the event that the product has factory defects or has suffered damage during transport, Luvo Clock will assume the corresponding shipping costs and will proceed with the replacement or refund, as the case may be.
2.4 Return procedure
To request a refund or exchange, the customer must:

- Follow the instructions provided by the customer service team.
- Send the product to the address provided. Once received and verified, Luvo Clock will proceed with the refund or send a replacement.
3. Refunds
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within an estimated 7 to 15 business days after the product is received and verified. The refund method will depend on the payment method used for the purchase.
